The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment
referenced above, once the following comments are addressed: [Each comment is followed by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
- Title: Include a title for this plat on the cover page. [§14-302A]
Existing Lot Lines: According to our review of the property deeds, TMP 56A2-01-61 appears to be a
single, non-contiguous lot, bisected by the railroad. The submitted plat (dated May 9, 2017) appears to
show a property line that divides the lot into Parcel "N" and "M." While this boundary aligns with the
divide between Heavy and Light Industrial Zoning, the 2016 plat (D.B. 4747 549) shows TMP 56A2-01-
61 as a single parcel. Please clarify whether this is a proposed division. Also, clarify the significance of
areas "N" and "M." [§14-302A]
- Property Owners: Provide the property owner's address on the plat. [§14-302A]
- Zoning Classifications: Indicate that the Entrance Corridor Zoning Overlay applies. [§14-3028]
