For this Wintergreen file (SUB201800026): I see that Faruk indicated approval but I don't see a signed plat. Did we get
signature copies of this plat? If not, it doesn't appear that he had any other objections. if so, do you have a copy of the

I am working through the boundary line certificate to get this recorded.
This one is complicated to write, and I'm missing some information. If you have it, it would save me time (and Stanley
Martin money). There are several things which were left out on the plat, and I am surprised that the County didn't
require it for approval. TMPs for open space in Phase 11 and III under Parcel Data are referenced ---but not included/are
left blank. Do you have these handy?
Just an FYI, item 2D on your plat, you left out recording information for Phase 11B (plat says "Deed Book at Pages").

the following responses to your comments:
• The plats lacks a signature panel for the Agent of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors j§14-303.01
• The signature panel was on the original submission. However, the signature panel has been revised to state
"Agent of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors" on the Cover Sheet. See highlighted markup on the pdf
provided.

On sheet2/2, there is a mismatch between the notes on top right side of the page named Restrictive Open Space and
the labels on the plat:
• On #3 of the mentioned notes, Common Open Spaces 1B and 1F combined become Common Open Space 1R3A.
On the plat, instead, Common Open Spaces 1C and 1F are noted to become Common Open Space 1R3A;
• On #4 of the mentioned notes, Common Open Spaces I and 1G combined become Common Open Space 1R3B.
On the plat, instead, Common Open Spaces 1B and 1G are noted to become Common Open Space 1R3B.
• Common Open Spaces 1B and 1C were transposed on the plat and have been corrected (revision clouds
highlighted on the plat). The notes correctly identified Common Open Space 1B and 1C.
Additionally, a sheet 3 has been added to the plat since the original submission. Five (5) copies of the Boundary Line
Adjustment Plat have been resubmitted to the county for your review.
