Attached is a copy of my plat which I will submitting to Mr. Cockrell today, showing the two notes he
requested.
You and your sister need to sign the plat before a Notary Public before Albemarle County signs. Let me
know when you are available to do so. Also, as I mentioned before, you need to have a deed prepared
conveying the parcels to each other. Just having Albemarle County approving and signing the plat does not
mean that you each now own the lot you have agreed to.

Is the objective not have three entrance and exit points onto route 647? Attached is the revised plat Mr. Graff sent
months ago. This plat shows the redirection of the end of driveway to the new easement. Indicated by the red dotted
line. The existing exit will be closed. Or will I have to enter and exit from the new easement. Side note - r don't use the
exit that cuts through the yard, its grass. I currently use the shared driveway with my neighbor.

Just spoke to Mr. Graff he's a little confused about the driveway, because the driveway is there and is currently being
used. Do you just need a note stating the driveway will no longer be in use or closed on the plat? Also, he is so old
school, so he will not PDF the information. This is why there has been so many delays. He said he will contact you next

week. Is there a good time for him to call or just drop by? I hate to be a pain, but we really want this done. And I'm
sure you want to get it off of your desk.

I'm looking at that right now. I have the private street agreement in the Attorney's office for review. I'm seeing if they
can finish that this week, as I understand wanting to get this wrapped up.
In my letter to Mr. Graff, I brought up how the southern portion of -the existing driveway would need to be vacated for a
connection onto the private street easement we're creating. There is a waiver process, but I don't see that in the
submittal. The driveway is still on the plat. Have you all talked about that? it would be quicker and easier to just vacate
that lower portion of the driveway, as the Planning Commission reviews waivers. There's no guarantees there.
