The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Rural Division
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is followed by the
applicable reference,which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
- Easements: With the electrical lines on the residue property, please list the deed book reference and
easement holder, ifavailable. (§14-3020] K(,,+
ZDeparting Lot Lines: Label the new property line as "new"[§.14.302(A)]
Zoning Classification: Include the Entrance Corridor designation under zoning classifications. j§1¢

- Acreage of bots: Confirm total acreage prior to division. j§143021
Private Street: The "30' Access Easement" must be renamed as a private strect. A private street
maintenance agreement must be submitted for review by the County Attorney and approved prior to
recordation.
- Driveway Closure: According to Sec. 141104, the existing driveway must be vacated for the Residue
parcel and reestablished from the new private strect. Otherwise, submit a waiver request. which would
be reviewed by the County Planning Commission.
The Health Department approved their portion of this application on December 20c`, 2017.
