I have received your application for a letter of revision. This application proposes the installation of lighting to
illuminate a mural on a retaining wall adjacent to 5t'' Street Station Parkway. The photometric plan shows the
light intensity on the wall. It does not show what the intensity will be at the property line/right of way for 5t'
Street Station Parkway. The photometric plan shows the base of the wall will have up to 14.1 foot candle. The
maximum spillover onto a public street is o.5 foot candle. [Reference Chapter 18, Section 4.17.4(b)(1)] 5th.
Street Station Parkway is a public street.
In order to approve the lighting you will need to submit a photometric plan showing the light intensity at the
property line right of way not exceeding 0.5 foot candle.
