(Rev. 1) Addressed. Applicant response: `The road has been designed with superelevation in accordance with TC-5.11, 45 MPH Urban Low -Speed design standards. This causes some sections of the road to slope towards the center median. Inlets have been provided along the median where required. The current design allows for the construction of the western two lanes of the future 4 lanes full road section with a center median. Curb and gutter have been provided in all locations where it will also be necessary for the final 4 lane condition. Curb and gutter has been excluded along some sections of the road which will need to be modified for the future 4 lane widening.
