Our client wants to change the line between the two parcels.
I've attached a sketch of what he'd like to do.
He hasn't recorded the approved plat that was signed on March I" of this year.
Is it possible to make any changes under the previous submittal or pay a revision fee?
If not, I've recommended that he records this division and submit a boundary line adjustment plat.

I got the comments from the county attorney regarding the Private Street Maintenance Agreement you
sent me earlier. The following changes are asked to be made on the agreement:
The proposed Private Road Maintenance Agreement for TMP 19-1681 needs to conform to Albemarle
County Code Section 14-317. A couple of additions need to be made to the document:
A.) It needs to state that the road will be maintained in perpetuity,
B.) It needs to state, "No public agency, including the Virginia Department of Transportation and the
County of Albemarle, Virginia, will be responsible for maintaining any improvement identified therein."
Please send me a revised version of the agreement and let me know if you have any questions.
