Freed, as tenants by the entirety, by deed of Marian Louise ; Nerancy and husband, dated December 20, 1950, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County in Deed Book 293, page 245. Bayard A. Freed died on September 10, 1964, and by virtue of said deed the title to this land thereupon became vested in the Grantor. Said land is subject, insofar as they apply, to right of way granted to Virginia Electric and Power Company by deed recorded in Deed Book 291, page 522; to right of way granted to Virginia Telephone and Telegraph Company by deed recorded In Deed Bock 350, page 476; and to the rights of the public in State Route 677. Subject to the easements hereinabove mentioned, the Grantor covenants with the Grantees that she is seised in fee simple of the property hereby conveyed; that she has a perfect right to convey the same; that said property is free from encumbrances of any kind; and that she will execute such further assurances as may be requisite to secure to the Grantees quiet posses- sion and complete enjoyment thereof.
