Thank you for your comments dated January 24, 2018 on the above -referenced project. The updated plans
reflect changes to address your comments as described below:
Plan Review Comments
1. The tree canopy requirements and calculations have been updated on the plan and attached is a
document prepared for the purpose of the landscaping revisions on the Phase II of the project.
2. The sheet numbers are now accurate and consistent.
3. The sheet index has been updated on the cover page.
Engineering Review
1. The plans have been signed and sealed.
2. The sheet numbers have been corrected and updated.
Architectural Review Board
1. The planting pian has been revised and updated per meetings and discussions between ARB and
LPDA.

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Minor Site Plan
Amendment referenced above, once the following comments are addressed: [Each comment is followed by

Plan Review Comments:
• [32.7.9] Show the tree canopy requirements and calculations, before and after the amendment.
o Please clarify the purpose of removing and replacing the plantings.
• [32.18] Ensure that sheet numbers are accurate and consistent.
• [32.18] Correct the sheet index on the cover page.
Engineering Review Comments:
• Sign & date seal.
• Correct sheet order according to 'Sheet Index'.
Architectural Review Board:
• Please provide 3%" caliper large shade trees 35' on center along the property line shared with the 1-64
right-of-way. Intersperse flowering ornamental trees among the shade trees.
Inspections Plan Review:
• No Objections
