Dear Mr. Williams:
The above noted parcel is zoned PRD, Planned Residential Development. This zoning was
approved by the Board of Supervisors under ZMA 2003-13, on April 7, 2004. The Board of
Supervisors approved a Special Use Permit, SP 2003-92 to allow professional office use within
the PRD district on April 7, 2004. The site development plan, SDP 03-099 dated 05/04/04
shows 38 residential condominium units which are permitted by right within the PRD zoning
district. The Planning Commission on February 10, 2004 granted approval of grading within
areas of critical slopes, pursuant to Section 4.2.5.2. Shared parking between the residential and
commercial use is shown on the site plan. No zoning enforcement action has been commenced
with respect to the property.
