DBIZ: Final Site Plan SDP-2018-00085 ("The Vistas at South Pantops" - Albemarle
County)
I'm contacting you as the lead reviewer for the proposed residential development project called "The Vistas at South
Pantops." The subject property (TMP #78-20) for this proposed project is partially within a State DBIZ, as shown on the
County's GIS-Web at the following link:

Therefore, I am contacting you to provide electronic access to the Final Site Plan (SDP-2018-00085), and to request
your review of these plans, relative to the DBIZ and the state -regulated dam. The Final Site Plan can be access at the
