Hello Ashleigh,
Thank you for your email and attached, revised drawings. All of the requested changes outlined in my letter dated
January 16, 2019 have been met or explained; your inclusion of the standard lighting note in the revised sign drawings
will suffice in lieu of manufacturer's specifications sheet for internal LED lighting.
Please find your Certificate of Appropriateness attached to this email.
Thanks,

Good Morning Heather,
I believe we had some internal miscommunication leading to this confusion. There will be a monument sign involved
eventually, but at this time our client has not decided on a location— that will be a separate application at a later date. It
also will be an exact remake or relocation of the previous monument sign.
I have updated the drawings as you will find attached. I am putting responses corresponding to your letter it in writing
below simply for ease of communication — everything listed below has also been addressed in the drawings (if
applicable).
1. At this time we are only applying for the Qty:2 identical wall mounted signs.
2a. Clarified see drawings — PMS 142C given
2b. Clarified see drawings — Sherwin Williams 7672 Paint color match to the wall material provided.
2c. Day and Night views shown on page 1 are accurate to the illumination colors. I have also added callouts to the
technical technical construction page clarifying that these will be internally illuminated with standard strip LED lighting
(within the channel letter assembly which is to be opaque on the returns and back— the assembly will be sealed to
prevent any escaped light).
3. N/A
4. Note regarding illumination level is added. I have not included spec sheets for the white LED strip as it is a relatively
standard stock component in the larger channel letter assembly. I've reviewed past some of our EC related applications
and did not find separate cutsheets for the LED strips. Please advise if you require manufacturing specifications
regarding the internal LED strip lighting.
5. Noted
6.N/A
In your email you requested updated drawings which are attached. I've also attached the "Sign Permit Application
Information" Document separately. Thank you for your questions, and please let me know if the current responses and
revisions are adequate or if additional changes are needed to begin review.
Best,
Ashleigh L. Otte
