Subject: SUB201800208 Stalfort Residence — Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302(A)3.] Provide the width of the Blue Springs Lane right-of-way and indicate whether it
is a public or private street. As this right-of-way is shown to be a private street, please include
the deed book and page number, in accordance with section 14-302(A)4 of the subdivision
ordinance.
2. [14-302(B)7.] Revise the Ivy Creek watershed note to specify that it is a water supply
watershed. Comment addressed.
3. [14-302(B)10.] Add the following note to the cover sheet of the plat: "The stream buffer(s)
shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection
Ordinance." Comment addressed.
