As this right-of-way is shown to be a private street, please include the deed book and page number, in accordance with section 14-302(A)4 of the subdivision ordinance. 2. [14-302(B)7.] Revise the Ivy Creek watershed note to specify that it is a water supply watershed. Comment addressed. 3. [14-302(B)10.] Add the following note to the cover sheet of the plat: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
