match the LOR.

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.] If no action is taken within 6 months of receiving these review comments,
the application will be deemed withdrawn.
1. [14-302(A)(9)I Building site. Revise Note 7 to read: `'Each parcel contains a building site
that compies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.- Although
the open s au�e will not contain buildings, it still has a building site on it.

2. [14-302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property for subdivision. Revise Note 13 to list the
current owner of record and the current Deed Book and Page Number(NRV, Inc., as

Dear Ms. Kanellopoulos,
Please find attached five copies of the revised Plats. The plans have been revised to address your
comments received on October 24, 2018 in accordance with the following:
1. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Revise Note 7 to read: "Each parcel contains a building site
that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." Although
the open space will not contain buildings, it still has a building site on it.
RESPONSE—Note has been revised.
2. [14-302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property for subdivision. Revise Note 13 to list the
current owner of record and the current Deed Book and Page Number(NRV, Inc., as
shown in the signature panel) for TMP 78H-7-46.
RESPONSE—The owner listed in note 13 is the buyer of the lot and wishes to get
the plat recorded after he closes on the property. Owner's Consent signature block
has been updated though so they will match at that time.
3. [[Comment] Open space. Add a note to show the overall open space required for
Cascadia Blocks 4-7, and how this BLA affects that total, in order to ensure that there is
still sufficient open space for Blocks 4-7.
