I, Linda Elsey, owner of Lot TMP 04500-00-00-158 on Greenfield Terrace, Charlottesville, VA, through my
limited liability corporation Buena Vista Properties of Charlottesville LLC, confirm that I have entered
into agreement with Gregory Powe of Urban Places LLC to purchase this property.
1 also confirm my agreement for Gregory Powe of Urban Places LLC to apply for a Special Use Permit for
development of an R-15 multifamily building on this property, to also include the adjacent Lot 04500-00-
00-158 which I understand Urban Places LLC also has agreement to purchase from its current owner.

Application for New Special Use Permit: R-15 request for this lot (TMP 04500-00-00-158) and
adjacent Lot 04500-00-00-15700
I, John Bartelt, owner of Lot TMP 04500-00-00-158 on Greenfield Terrace, Charlottesville, VA, through
my limited liability corporation Rio Station LLC, confirm that I have entered into agreement with Gregory
Powe of Urban Places LLC to purchase this property.
I also confirm my agreement for Gregory Powe of Urban Places LLC to apply to remove TMP 04500-00-
00-158 from existing Special Use permit SP-2000-074 as it pertains to an office building that was never
developed, and to simultaneously apply for a new Special Use Permit for an R-15 multifamily
development which will also include the adjacent property Lot 04500-00-00-157 which I understand
Urban Places LLC also has agreement to purchase from its current owner.
