Please find attached a screenshot of the page with appropriate areas highlighted in red. Please reflect these changes on note 5 of the plat before it got signed by the owner and the county. I have the following comments: • According to the Albemarle County GIS, both TMP 78-21R and TMP 78-21S are located within both state and federal Damn Break Inundation Zone. The note you've provided on sheet 1 of 5 indicates that the properties are NOT located within such zones. Please correct this note. Once the comment above is addressed, you may bring signed copies of the plat to the county for signature.
