RE: Official Letter of Determination; Zoning
TMP 32G-04-115
This letter is to request an Official Letter of Determination regarding Zoning for TMP 32G-04-
115. We are requesting this letter as the home is encroaching the required zoning for the side setback by
approximately eight inches on the left rear corner. During construction, the foundation was erroneously
rotated creating the encroachment. We did not realize this until the physical survey was prepared. We
have removed the side overhangs from the dwelling to minimalize the encroachment, The dwellings on
the adjoining lots do not allow a boundary line adjustment to correct this issue; therefore, we are
requesting an exception to the encroachment. We have attached the physical survey showing the side
overhangs removed and the encroachment. Please let us know if you need any additional information
related to this matter.
