This letter contains review comments for your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan.
Please provide revised drawings that demonstrate compliance with the reviewer comments.
This is the first (1st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

[18-4.16.11 The proposed relocation and substitutions of recreational requirements are acceptable. However,
additional area must be provided to meet the minimum square footage for overall recreational area required for the
existing 112 units on site.
a. Please add the required and proposed recreational space acreage calculations to the drawing.
b. The LOR proposes 5400 sq. ft. (dog park) + 4300 sq. ft. (tot lot) + 8000 sq. ft. (grass recreation field) _
17,700 sq. ft. of recreational space provided.
c. 112 units x 200 sq. ft. per unit = 22,400 sq. ft. recreational space required.
d. See the attached markup drawing from staff. It appears that additional space can be provided south of the
proposed dog park to gain the remaining 4700 sq. ft. required to comply with the ordinance. If this area
can be designated as another open recreational field, then the LOR will comply with the Ordinance.
