The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is

[14-302 (A)(4) & (6)] Private Easements; Alleys and shared driveways. Address the
following:
e) Rev. 1 [NEW COMMENTI: Ensure that SUB2018-160 is recorded prior to this plat
and that the deed book and page numbers are added to this plat prior to its
recordation.
Rev. 2: Comment not vet addressed. Address the comment.
[14-302 (A)(5) & 14-303 (L)] Public Easements; Public utility, drainage and sight
distance easements. Address the following:
e) Rev. 1 [NEW COMMENTI: Ensure that SUB2018-160 is recorded prior to this plat
and that the deed book and page numbers are added to this plat prior to its
recordation.
Rev. 2: Comment not vet addressed. Address the comment.
4. [14-303 (B)] Section name or number. Revise the plat to include a lot designation letter
for the area to be dedicated. This lot designation, such as "X" must be for the full dedication
area and not be split into two portions. The label under the lot designation should specify
the total special lot/dedication area and the area from each of the two lots.
Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Revise the note added for "New `Lot 1 "' such that
the name of one of the owners no longer has a typographical error in it. "Lynchburg" is
not spelled correctly.

6. [14-302 (13)(1)] General information. Add a revision date to the plat prior to the next
submission.

b) Revise the setback information so that it is complete and correct, for both zones.

information is included and clearly differentiated from the HC setback information
listed.
