Re: SUB-2019-00005- Oak Hill Convenience Store — Easement Plat
Dear Mr. Perez:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plat as submitted by Meridian Planning Group, LLC,
dated December 31, 20I8 and offer the following comment.
Land use
1. Please change labeling of 23.5' right of way dedication to County for public use.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process. If further information is desired, please contact Willis
C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866.
