We cannot accept your application for review because your submittal is not complete. The following items were missing from your submittal: 1. 8 collated copies of a site plan set that provide all of the information requested in Sections B., C., and D. of the Final Review of a Site Development Plan Submittal Requirements Checklist. 2. The correct and a completed submittal requirements checklist for a Final Review of a Site Development Plan (this application is not a County -wide Certificate of Appropriateness for Structures 750' or more from the EC and no taller than 5 stories). 3.One set of material and color samples. 4. A complete architectural drawings submission that is produced at a verifiable scale of 1/8" = 1'. Within 15 days of the date of this letter, you may resubmit the application with all of the information required by the ARB Checklist for Final Review ofa Site Development Plan. The date of the next submittal deadline following the date that the revised submittal is received by the County will be considered the new submittal date. Please consult the attached Submittal and Meeting Schedule for the corresponding ARB meeting date. If you fail to resubmit within the 15 day period, the application shall be denied and a new fee shall be required to submit the new application.
