Doesn't seem to be clearly explained in COD • Why wouldn't sidewalks be done until Ph 2? Trail in interim? • Heat map doesn't correspond with character area maps/uses and TIA (which shows 0 sq. ft. of commercial or office in Ph 2) • Track 5,000 vtpd on the site plan (VDOT tracks) • Page 5: Dimensions of C5? Is that a setback being shown? What is the 120'? • Page 7 o Setback from Old Lynchburg Road- from the buffer (instead of from property line), and there is no maximum o Note 3: MFH first floor built to commercial standards (not for TH) o Note 4: We already have a definition of story- use ordinance definition; remove Note 4 o Building length: MFH/commercial get one standard of max length; and TH/SFH have another standard ■ Max 200' for MFH/commercial in C5? Then 150' for C4/3? ■ No max for TH? 0 5% special exception- all of the dimensions in the table? ■ Just for character area size? But there are no dimensions for them to fluctuate from. Just for Block B? • Page 15 o Note C: Use GFA or NFA instead Tori Kanellopoulos, AICP Candidate Planner Community Development Department Phone: 434-296-5832 ext. 3270 1
