The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-203(I),14-218] Fees. Pay the $215 public notification fee prior to any further review/action of the
plat. Rev 3. Comment addressed.
2. [Comment] Sheet 1 doesn't accurately depict what is happening throughout the rest of the plat; rather,
it depicts some of the BLAB but not all of them. Please show all BLA changes (specifically the BLA
with TMP 31-21B). Rev 3. Understood, comment addressed.
3. [Comment] Correctly revise all labels for SWM facility per Engineering's review comments.
Rev 3. Comment addressed.
4. [14-311] Infrastructure Improvement Plans. Road plans shall be approved and the road either built or
bonded prior to final plat approval. Rev 3. Pending VDOT required revisions/approval, and bonding
of Road Plan with Engineering.
5. [Comment] VSMP approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval. Rev 3. Comment not
addressed. VSMP amendment WPO2018-33 was denied. Please work with Engineering.
6. [14-302(A)4&5] Drainage Easements. For the proposed public drainage easements provide the deed of
dedication for review/approval by the County Attorney. Private easements shall be covered in the
covenants and restrictions document. County attorney approval of these documents is required prior to
final plat approval. Rev 3. The submitted deeds have been received and Engineering has them in
hand; however, they are awaiting a final plat that is approvable and no longer needs revisions
before forwarding them to the County Attorney's office for final review/approval.
7. [14-302(B)(1)] General information. Provide the date of the last revision. Rev 3. Comment addressed.

3. A SWM deed of dedication of easement will be sent to owner to review & execute when all comments are
addressed with the plat.

FYT Current addresses of 411 and 413 will need to be changed to be off the new road name of Drillers Ln.
Have sent an email to Donnie Foster to notify him and he is ok with the address changes once the road is built.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a
revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the
application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
