Tom,
The proposal looks like what we've been discussing. This needs to come in on multiple plats: Plat 1) the
division of 2.22 acres and 2.34 acres with the creation of a private street, along with the BLA transferring 2.64
acres to TMP 70-48B. This plat will need to be reviewed, approved, and recorded. ghen Plat 2) Dividing the
new TMP 70-48B (4.75 acres lot into two lots) and creating another private street to serve those two
CP
lots. Please note that each lot can only have a single point of access.
I want to be very clear, you cannot do this proposal on one plat, it's a twostep process.
Your next steps are to make an application with the County, submit 5 copies of the plat and pay the review fee
and we'll get this thing started.
You need to let me distribute this proposal to VDH and to VDOT for their review. I still have the soil work you
previously submitted; however, it is no longer applicable for the layout of the division you are proposing (lot
shaped are very different). Thus you will need to work with your soil scientist to have soil work re -drafted to
work for the current layout. Once this happens the soil work needs to be submitted to me for my distribution to
VDH. This can happen after you submit the plats for review if need be.
