Subject: SUB201900021 — Parcel 2A2 Beckoning Ridge — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.] If no action is taken within 6 months of receiving these review comments,
the application will be deemed withdrawn.
1. [14-302(A)(9)] Building sites. Include the following note in the Notes section: "TMP 59-
1M and TMP 59-29132 each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
2. [14-302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners. Include the addresses of each owner, either
in the notes section or under their respective names in the signature blocks.
3. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Show the limits of the WPO buffer on TMP 59-1M if
any portion of the buffer is visible on the view of the plat.
