Shapleigh dated May 1957, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Albemarle, Virginia in Deed Book 333, Page 21. BEING the same property conveyed to Leslie H. Jones and Phyllis E. Jones, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, by deed from Marjorie W. Jones, widow, dated November 26, 1984, recorded December 13, 1984, in the aforesaid Clerk's in Deed Book 822, Page 263. Phyllis E. Jones departed this life on November 24, 2014, and, by operation of law, the above-described Property vested in Leslie H. Jones as the survivor.
