Hi Paty,
As per our recent conversation I respectfully request that the earlier application be withdrawn and a refund in the amount
of $1,817.00 for the fees paid.
I expect to file a normal subdivision plat on Monday. Rob will send you asap via email an application fee tabulation. We
want to be sure the amount is correct before writing a check.

Thanks for speaking with me moments ago.
For your reference please see two attachments.
1. Subdivision Plat and Checklist — use this one for the new submission for your proposed subdivision, and
as discussed you will need to do a preliminary subdivision plat submission, and all the associated fees
including any fees required for a private street request.
2. For future reference only — Rural Subdivision Plat & Checklist. I am including this just so you can see the
current version of this application which has the minimum requirements of a rural subdivision at the
top of the first page.
As discussed, you will be emailing me your request to withdraw the previously submitted rural subdivision
application and to be given a refund for the fees paid.
