SUB2019-015- Keswick Additions- BLA
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based
on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.]
Comments:
1. [14-302(A)(10)] Provide the notation for the right for further division on the plat for
TMP80-11B as required under the ordinance.
10_ Right of further divisior? of proposed tots. The number of lots_ as assigned by
the subdivider_ into which each proposed lot may be further divided by right pursuant to section 18-10.3. L
if applicable_ The plat shall also contain the follo"ryp note- "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned
[number] development rights and may. may not be further divided and when further divided these rights
shall not comprise more than [niunber] acres. The residue of Tax Map Parcel [numbers] is retaining
[number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number] acres.77
Development rights need not be assigned to a special lot"
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Provide the TMP number next to the zoning information that has the SP
number (SP2018-001- TMP80-8Z). This will make it clear in the future that only 80-8Z is
subject to the SP conditions.
3. Will SUB2018-209 be withdrawn? Please indicate if you wish to withdraw the other BLA
for this area/properties and have this one approved instead.
