The Property contains 1.15 acres, and is known by the address 2275 Seminole Lane, currently owned by Russell L. Miller and Jeanne C. Miller. Please prepare a zoning compliance letter for the Property including the following information: 1. The zoning classification of the Property is Highway Commercial, as defined in the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (the "Zoning Ordinance"); 2. The location of the Property within a Highway Commercial zoning district permits, by right, all of the uses set out in zoning ordinance § 24.2. 3. Whether there are any zoning actions, such as zoning map amendments and conditional use permits, and any proffers affecting the Property, and copies of the same; 4. That the current uses, occupancy, operation, and improvements of the property are in full compliance with all applicable zoning codes, rules, and regulations of said zoning district; 5. Whether there are any outstanding zoning violations affecting the Property or any other conditions which might prevent the construction and operation of the proposed uses; and 7. That you are authorized and empowered to execute the letter on behalf of Albemarle County. We ask for your assistance in preparing the requested zoning letters on an expedited basis and if possible, please email, as well as mail, an executed copy of the letter.
