[14-302(A)16] These properties are located within a federal dam break inundation zone. Please indicate this dam break inundation zone on the plat. Comment addressed. 2. [14-312] There appear to be existing buildings on these parcels within 50 feet of the proposed property lines. Please show the locations of these buildings on the plat. Comment addressed. Additional Comment from 211 Submittal of Plat 3. [General Comment] Since the original review of this plat, road plans for the proposed Pantops Corner Way (SUB2019-00024) and an initial site development plan for Pantops Corner Self - Storage (SDP2019-00008) have been submitted to the Planning Division. These plans include parcels involved in this boundary line adjustment plat. On both plans, there is a proposed public access easement (across the proposed Pantops Corner Way) that lies partially within the revised TMP 78-5C as shown on this plat. The area of overlap is within "Parcel `T,"' near L2 and L3 on this plat. This overlap of revised TMP 78-5C and the proposed access easement may affect review and approval of the aforementioned road and site plans.
