It appears you have revised the plat to address my comments. Now we just need: 1. Health Department approval of the soils study. I have forwarded the soils study to them. 2. County attorney approval of the road maintenance agreement (RMA). I will forward the RMA to the County Attorney as soon as it is received. I will let you know when we have both approvals so we can get the plat signed by this department.
