RE: Keswick Land Trust
Dear Mr. Paxton:
The Albemarle County Board of supervisors, at its meeting on
April 4, 1990, approved the following extensions of special
use permits for Keswick Land Trust:
Approved the extension of SP-85-53, SP-86-03 and
SP-86-04 to April 4, 1991 and approved the extension of
SP-86-02 to April 4, 1992. The Board also requested
the County Attorney to look at the erosion control
plans for this project to see if they are in default.

Dear Mr. Curtis:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on
March 19, 1986, by a vote of 5/0/1, approved the above noted
request to allow for subdivision of clubhouse tract into two
parcels consisting of lS.200 acres and 5.000 acres. Tax Map
80, parcels 8, 8Z, and 9. Property is located on the south
side of Rt. 731 at Rt. 744, known as Keswick Country Club
property. Rivanna Magisterial District. This approval is
subject to the following conditions:
1. Final plat shall include notation that five acre tract
shall not be used for residential purposes;
2. I All tracts shall be used only for those uses
established under SP-85-54.
