These are the comments I sent to Gwen for revising the plat: 1. Instead of referring to the Greenway as "Greenway Parcel", please revise to say "Greenway Easement". 2. Please label as "Easement Plat" instead of "Subdivision Plat". 3. Short Horn Court appears to be Glenview Court (St. Rt. 1264). 4. It appears that TMP 56N-D is not shown on the plat adjacent to the Greenway Parcel and TMP 56F-1-A. Please revise to list this parcel and its DB/PG. The trail easement itself is still the same- same size/location etc. Hope that helps! From a Planning requirement standpoint, it needed to be clear it was an Easement Plat, and to be labeled as such. One of the streets was also mislabeled. Gwen Lacy at Ray Surveying made the changes, and it should be all set now. The original plats are actually large poster -sized documents. You can either (a) come in and sign the original documents before our office notaries, or (b) pick them up from our office, and sign them on your own before a notary of your choosing.
