Please find attached pdf copies of the revised Trail Easement Plat and the Revised Greenway
Easement Plat.
The Trail Easement Plat has been revised to reflect your comments below dated January 14th.
The Greenway Easement Plat has been revised again to update the notes to reflect an Easement
plat instead of a Subdivision plat.
Please let us know when you have had a chance to review the revised plats and they are ready for
owners notarized signatures.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hope you had not already obtained the signatures on the Greenway Easement plat.
I will get Brain and Tori to review it again and let you know when the new mylar is ready for
signatures.
Maybe you will be able to get both plats (Greenway Easement and the Trail Easement) signed by the
HOA at the same time.

Good morning Tori,
In reviewing these comments for the Trail Easement plat, I noticed that there are errors on the
Greenway Easement Plat.
Note No. 5 on the Greenway Easement plat needs to be removed since the plat was changed from a
Subdivision Plat to an Easement Plat.
Also, the residue acreage under the ownership needs to be removed and add the current acreage.
I have contacted Dan Mahon to let him know that we need to make these changes before getting the
owners notarized signature.

Good Morning Gwen,
Talking with our attorney Andy Herrick, I realized there is also a trail easement plat for Cory Farms (along with the
Greenway easement plat, which I provided comments on already). I have a few comments on the trail easement as well
(I have attached the most recent copy I have, dated Jan 12 2018):
Short Horn Court is actually Glen View Court (this was corrected on the Greenway Plat dated 12/21/18)
The plat does not have a label and DB/PG for adjacent parcel for TMP 56N-D (also a revision on the Greenway
Plat)
The plat does not have the acreage for the existing parcel TMP 56F-((1))-A and the Greenway Parcel
Please send me an electronic copy for review with the changes. Once those are complete, the plats will be ready for
owner signature.
