SDP201800088 — Items 1-15., Addressed with Rev. 1. Items 16, 17 persist. Item 18 is new.
1. Revise title: Delete reference to `Erosion and Sediment Control, & Stormwater Management.'
2. Check title. Senior - Sunrise may be transposed; revise as needed.
3. Revise index once sheets removed
4. Remove sheets C0.2, C5.0, and C5.2.
5. Remove `And Erosion & Sediment' from sheet C2.0 description (Index, and sheet)
6. Remove ESC-related features, symbols, and legend from C2.0, Demolition Control Plan.
7. Remove ESC-related features, symbols, and legend from C4.0, IP, for example.
8. Ensure 8' wide concrete ramp and railings are ADA-compliant (C3.0).
9. Provide concrete ramp section (detail).
10. C1.0: Provide additional terrain contours that extend at least 100' beyond survey limits; may use GIS for
areas not disturbed by construction and without proposed improvements.
11. C1.0 /Notes 1 and 2: Identify firm performing GPS observations on July 17, 2018.
12. C1.0: Show and label steep slopes.
13. C1.1: Revise soil data caption to reference file WP0201800093, since Erosion and Sediment Control
Narrative removed.
14. C3.0: Provide additional contours, since survey limits so tightly constrained. Also, see item 10.
15. C3.0: Show /label steep slopes.
16. VSMP/WPO plan approval is required prior to major site plan amendment approval. (Rev. 1) Addressed.
Note: WP0201800093 is under review.
17. SWM facility and access easement must be recorded prior to VMSP/WPO Plan approval. (Rev. 1)

18. New (C1.0): Provide TMP #60-24E, graphically. Provide TMP # and owner information for `Out of
