The following are responses to the items raised in your letter: Engineering: 1. Acknowledged. 2. Acknowledge,and this note was added to the Note#5 on the cover sheet and plans sheets in reference to the proposed changes. 3. The water well has been completed with appropriate permit and inspection by the appropriate division of Albemarle County Health Department/VA Department of Health,see attached documentation. 2. The fence around Dabney Park has been updated on sheets 3 and 13 to match the configuration of the fence that has been installed in the park area. The note on the plans about the fence has been updated to state that the fencing installed shall be black vinyl chain-link fence,48"in height,and matching the fencing around the stormwater management facilities and in accordance with the Belvedere Code of Development. 3. A detail has been added to Sheet 3 specifying the exact playground equipment that will be installed at the park. The playground equipment from the supplier is an identical replacement to what was originally included in the approved plans for the playground,just a different manufacturer. The note on the plans about the proposed change has also been updated,now that the specific vendor has been selected,and their detail for the proposed equipment is shown on Sheet 3. The equipment being proposed is consistent with the original approved equipment. No changes from the original approvals is being sought,other than the change in the manufacturer. 4. The information that is being changed in the field is adequately shown and addressed in the(3)sheets provided for the Road Plan Amendment. The notes and details sheets(Sheets 11 and 12)have also been added to this set to show additional details for the playground equipment and the detail for the black vinyl chain-link fencing. 5. The application number has been added to the cover sheet,as requested. 6.
