Per County Code(Chapter 14,Subdivision of Land),this application has been WITHDRAWN.
Sec. 14-221 Deferral of review of preliminary plat;when application deemed withdrawn.The review of,and
action on,a preliminary plat maybe deferred,and an application for a preliminary plat may be deemed
withdrawn,as follows:
A. Request to defer by subdivider.A subdivider may request that review or action on its
application for a preliminary plat be deferred for a specified period up to six(6)months. If
during the deferral period the subdivider does not request the agent to take action on the
preliminary plat as provided in section 14-222 within six(6)months after the date the deferral
was requested,the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn.
B. Failure to submit revised plat. If a subdivider fails to submit a revised preliminary plat to
address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of the letter from the agent
as provided in section 14-220,the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily
withdrawn by the subdivider.
Sec. 14-229 Deferral of review of final plat;when application deemed withdrawn.The review of,and action
on,a final plat may be deferred,and an application for a final plat may be deemed withdrawn,as follows:
A. Request to defer by subdivider.A subdivider may request that review or action on its
application for a final plat be deferred for a specified period up to six(6)months. If during
the deferral period the subdivider does not request the agent to take action on the final plat as
provided in section 14-230 within six(6)months after the date the deferral was requested,
the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn.

of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of the letter from the agent as

Plat Requirements per Subdivision Ordinance Sections 14-207(c) & 14-208 (c):
A Rural Division or Family Division Plat shall contain the following information.
Subdivision Ordinance Section 14-302 Office Use Only
B. Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. The names and ❑
addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the property.
Building sites on proposed lots. The location, area and dimensions of a lawful ❑
building site on each proposed lot. For any proposed lot within, in whole or in part, the
mountain overlay district, as set forth in section 30.8 of the zoning ordinance, all lawful
building sites shall be shown on each proposed lot.
Ud"il O. Right of further division of proposed lots (for properties zoned RA only).The ❑
number of lots, as assigned by the subdivider, into which each proposed lot may be further
divided by right pursuant to section 10.3.1 of the zoning ordinance, if applicable.

length, and tangent distance. All dimensions shall conform to the standards set forth in this

meet the standards for acceptance into the secondary, system of state highways and will not
bemaintained by the Virginia Department of Transportation or the Counts of Albemarle."

Family Division Requirements (approvals to be provided by applicant)

affidavit, deed, or letter from attorney stating: the grantee, grantor and their relationship,
and certifying that this is a Family Division in accordance with Section 14-208 and related
provisions of the Albemarle County Code.

related provisions of the Albemarle County Code. Ownership of/Parcel A] shall not be
transferred to a person other than a defined member of the immediate family for a period
of two (2) years from the date of recordation of this plat except as authorized by section
14-212(A) of the Albemarle County Code. If(Parcel A] is conveyed back to the grantor
within this period, it shall he recomined with[the parent lot]."
