Justin is working to send VDOT comments,then we'll be able to handle Final submittal as a No-review/signature set,yet a plan submittal still requiring review fee. When we or others review .PDFs for ROAD plans informally as a courtesy without a fee,it bends the fee structure. Even if another agency like VDOT reviews plan revisions in response to comments,ROAD Plan Application fee is required. Applicants,we hope,benefit from quicker review,but ROAD Plan fee is required with print submittals that incorporate revisions checked as .PDFs. This way,we save time by avoiding distribution—it has already happened, in effect,and we understand comments are addressed. That will happen here, I believe. Every road plan(electronic or print)requires a fee.
