Jess,
I have been in contact with CAO. I plan to write RGA by mid -day, tomorrow, outlining required plat revisions. Once
revised, CAO will review .PDF, prior to signatures. If RGA sends .PDF to Engineering, we will forward to CAO. This
can happen, tomorrow, though I cannot commit CAO to specific review timeline. More critical, however, is that the
County Attorney's Office advises that the SWM Facility Maintenance Agreement for Phase 2, although recorded (bk.-pg.
5093-610), does not provide accurate reference to "Property," but rather provides reference to plat and parcels created
with Phase 1. What this means, and CAO has been clear, is that the Maintenance Agreement for Phase 2 needs to be
revised and re -recorded prior to recording the (revised) subdivision plat /deed for Phase 2. I sent a note to CAO a short
while ago, and am waiting to receive final guidance on issue of SWM Facility Maintenance Agreement revision required
for Phase 2. Thank you.

For simplicity's sake, (and since I am assuming these are going to be very minor changes) once we make the plat
changes we will keep the overall date on the plat as August 30, 2018, last revised January 04, 2019. The deed work
referencing the plat should mention these dates.

The owner signature page of deed should not change (if correct, and we believe it's correct). You may print and sign a
new signature page using last version of deed, sign -date -notarize owner signature page with today's date, but we need a
signed -notarized plat, as well. We hope very much to receive CAO comments, today, so RGA can revise the plat, and
perhaps you can sign deed and plat, prior to travel. After today, the date deed is signed should not pre -date last revised
date of plat. We will forward revised deed and CAO plat comments /markup as soon as we receive them. I can check
email midday, via mobile (can forward email), but am out of office, 9-3pm, today.

oversights on my part. In particular, there is a reference to parcel ID that is consistently incorrect, throughout. There
appear to be related changes required for the easement plat. I expect to receive explicit direction from CAO, likely
today, and will forward immediately to RGA. I regret the oversight, but we will be at point of CAO accepting deed
/plat for Executive signature, once deed and plat are revised to meet CAO review standards. I don't have more

(Let's please recall that deed (pg.-1) reference to plat date of last revision must match date plat is last revised. I
expect this date will be February 1, 2019. CAO is editing the deed, will advise on plat revisions, and I will check deed
pg.-1 reference to plat date of last revision.)

I believe Engineering /Planning do not need to review the plat beyond a .PDF preview of the revised plat, a check to
ensure that the plat reflects changes identified by CAO. I will try to focus, and do better in the future. Thanks for
