This is much improved. Thanks.
The deed still requires one additional change: The prior plat referred to "Revised Open Space C." That
label has been changed on the new plat to "New SWM Forestal/Open Space Easement." By the same token, the
one reference in the deed to "Revised Open Space C" (in the property description) should likewise be updated to
"New SWM Forestal/Open Space Easement." Thanks.

Attached revised plat for K2C-II, Phase 2, Glenmore subdivision, received minutes ago, appears to meet CAO review
comments. Open space A, B, C are listed on sheet 1; plat date is 6-Feb 2019, consistent with attached revised deed of
dedication. We are grateful you are willing to review against items picked up during your review. The Deed accepts all
CAO recommended changes, and lists Open Space A, B, C (revised) parcels, as well as residue parcel. Agreement deed
bk.-pg. reference has been revised, as discussed. Please let me know if Applicant may submit notarized copies of plat and
deed for executive signature. Thank you for meeting with us, yesterday, for steering us in the right direction.

Here were my questions/concerns with the Glenmore Section K2C-II, Phase 2 subdivision plat (dated
January 4, 2019):
1. Phase 2 is being subdivided from 093A5-00-00-OOR00. However, the current plat repeatedly shows
Revised Open Space C as coming from 093A5-K2-C2-OOOCO. That latter parcel does not extend into
Phase 2.
2. Sheet 12 shows an "SAE," but I'm not seeing that term defined in the legend.
Also, attached are my suggested revisions to the proposed Deed of Dedication and Easement. Please note
that the Agreement recorded at DB 5093/610 defines the "Property" as shown on the plat recorded at DB
4946/11. That plat, in turn, shows only Phase 1, not Phase 2. To cover Phase 2 likely requires an additional or
amended agreement.

There were a number of emails, which may have led to confusion. Thursday, we received an early version of the deed,
not accurate in all respects (for example, date of last plat revision) —see Attached. Please print and return attached deed
(.docx), revised a final time moments ago to remove reference to tax exemption —this deed is not tax exempt. If we
receive notarized -signed deed in the next day or so, we will route quickly to CAO /County Executive, with little to no

I noticed final signature plats in your box earlier this morning. While walking them up, I noticed LS signature is
missing. I hope it wasn't wrong to write RGA, and very much regret any overstep —thanks, Tori

• CDD received five (5) final subdivision plats for signature. We need LS-signature. Last revised date is January
4, 2019.
• We /Tori will be glad to leave at CDD front desk, mid -morning, for you to visit CDD and sign -date LS seal. Date
should be 1/4/19.
• We will also be glad to leave a print copy of Attached deed, which we believe is accurate, and matches last
revised date of plat, property /parcel information, etc.
• Albemarle needs a signed, notarized original of the Deed returned to CDD at your earliest convenience. We need
to route Deed with plat to CAO. Jess Achenbach is Grantor /Manager, and we need his signature.
Tori is point of contact. Please let her know if you have any questions relating to the plat. Please let me know if you have
