They over-paid the $1330 fee for the subdivision of townhouse development. Per our policy we will review and approve the site plan first then, after the developer has begun construction, they will submit a final plat that will be subject to administrative approval. After speaking with the primary contact today (Steve Edwards from Terra Concepts) this subdivision application is now considered withdrawn.
