Bernadette,
After speaking with both the Albemarle Finance Departments as well as the Community Development Department, it turns out
that in order for McGuireWoods to apply for its Business License, we do in fact need a Zoning Clearing number. As such, we are
required to submit a Zoning Clearing application to the Community Development Department, of which a copy is attached for
your records. Please advise if you still require a copy to be mailed or if this will suffice.
