Sec. 14-221 Deferral of review of preliminary plat;when application deemed withdrawn.The review of,and action on,a preliminary plat may be deferred,and an application for a preliminary plat may be deemed withdrawn,as follows: A. Request to defer by subdivider.A subdivider may request that review or action on its application for a preliminary plat be deferred for a specified period up to six(6)months.If during the deferral period the subdivider does not request the agent to take action on the preliminary plat as provided in section 14-222 within six(6)months after the date the deferral was requested,the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn. B. Failure to submit revised plat.If a subdivider fails to submit a revised preliminary plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of the letter from the agent as provided in section 14-220,the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the subdivider. Also, just a quick question for something else that I am working on, can you prepare a site plan for a project that has townhouses mixed with single family lots. Or would you need to file a subdivision plat for the single family lots and a site plan for the townhomes. It seems like you could include everything in one site plan. Thanks. Just to clarify, the site plan will have as good a chance of going to the PC as the condo plat would have. For us to process the condo plat would have been a huge pain for you all because we would have needed approved building plans to go with the condo plat. The only way you can get approved building plans is to get building permits approved. Building permits cannot be approved for multi-family or townhouse dwelling units without a site plan. So it would have taken many months to get to where you are right now — you need a site plan. Anyway, for our records and so that I can refund your money, would you reply to this email confirming that you would like to withdraw the application SUB200500228 Old Trail Garden Condominiums Preliminary Plat.
