Happy Friday and thanks for your comment on the Wheeler project.
This plat represents a survey of existing Tax Map 80 Parcel 7C only (Revised Lot 2, Fox Hill and
Parcel Y).
State Route 731 has a 25' dedication from the centerline of the road to the boundary line of Parcel 7C
recorded in D.B. 733-466 as shown on the plat
Red Fox Lane is a 30' Private Access Easement as recorded in D.B. 733-466.
We did not find any additional recorded rights -of -way for this property.
The additional information is shown graphically only for an overview.
I believe the information shown on the plat meets the requirements.
Once you have had a chance to review this, please let us know if the plat is ready for owners
signatures.

I just reviewed SUB201800200 (Kenneth Wheeler- Boundary Line Adjustment), and the only comment that I have is that
there are no ROW's included for the public state routes. Once that comment is addressed, the plats are ready for
signature. An electronic updated copy would be great.
