All Comments from County and State agencies have been adequately addressed at this time. The following Process is required for Final approval of the subdivision plat associated with this plan. Process; After approval,plans will need to be bonded. The bonding process is begun by submitting a bond estimate request form and fee to the Department of Community Development. One of the plan reviewers will prepare estimates and check parcel and easement information based on the approved plans. The County's Management Analyst will prepare bond agreement forms,which will need to be completed by the owner and submitted along with cash,certificates or sureties for the amounts specified. The agreements will need to be approved and signed by the County Attorney and County Engineer. This may take 2-4 weeks to obtain all the correct signatures and forms. The following items will need to be adequately addressed prior to resubmittal for approval. 1. VDOT approval is required. 2. The end of Prestwick Glen Drive next to lot 74L will require a temporary cul-de-sac. 3. The phase line at the end of Prestwick Glen Drive next to lot 74L will need to be adjusted to allow for the cul-de-sac construction. 4. The phase limits for Phase 2 include the stream crossing. Is the stream crossing part of Phase 2? Please clarify. 5. The sub-phase limits are a little confusing. What phase are they a sub? Please clarify. 6. The road plan and profile will need to show the end stations for the construction and bonding of the road network.
