Subject: SUB201900025 Sunrise Senior Living SWM Facilities Management — Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments have been satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-303(0)] Please provide a signature panel for the Board of Supervisors designated agent to sign the plat.
2. [14-312] Depict existing building locations on the plat. This will provide context and demonstrate the relationship of
easements (existing and proposed) to the surrounding development.
3. [14-302(A)(11)] One of the deed book references is listed incorrectly. Revise "D.B. 1958 PG. 121..." to instead state
"D.B. 1058 PG. 121...".
4. [14-302(B)(5) and (7)] Include in the zoning classification information (Note 6), that the property lies within the Entrance
Corridor Overlay District. Also suggest revising "Ivy Creek Water Supply Shed" to "Ivy Creek Water Supply Watershed".
5. [14-302(A)(3)] Denote the location and width of Colonnades Hill Dr on the property, as a portion of the proposed easement
will lie within the roadway area.
In accordance with the provisions of Z.O. 14-229 of the County Code, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all
of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily
withdrawn by the applicant.
