The Public hearing will be conducted in the Alb,nmarle
County Board of Supervisors meeting room , 2nd floor , County
Office Building , Charlottesville , Virginia . It is desirable
that you appear in person at the public hearing .
The Board must be furnished with evidence that you

adjoining property owners , of the date and time of the

Dear Mr. Hope:
This letter confirms our phone conversation of this mornilig in regards
to a sign belonging to the Monticello-Skyline Safari Campground.
A hearing has been scheduled before the Board of -coning Appeals for
5:30 P.M. , Tuesday, September 14, i971 , to hear a request for a variance
to allow this sign to be located closer tnan the prescribed 30 foot setback
required by the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
This meeting will be in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room on the
3rd floor of the County Office Building.

Dear Mrs. Albee:
This office has filed a request on your behalf with the Board of Zoning
Appeals of Albemarle County, Virginia, to ask for a 25-foot variance from the
minimum setback of 30 feet as required by the Zoning Ordinance of Albemarle
County, Virginia. It is located on the property of Mrs. Alma A. Rhinehart,
Tax Map 69, Parcel 51C.
This request will be heard on Tuesday, September 14, 1971 , in the
Board of Supervisors Room at 5:30 P.M. You or your representative should
be present at this time.
Also , you are to notify all adjacent or abutting property owners of
your intent before the Board of Zoning Appeals . A list of these adjoining
property owners is attached for your convenience.
