RE: LOD2014-00006 - OFFICIAL DETERMINATION OF PARCEL OF RECORD - Tax Map 21,
Parcel 6A & 6B Rivanna Magisterial District
Dear Ms. Castelino:
The County Attorney and I have reviewed the title information for the above -noted property. It is
the County Attorney's advisory opinion and my official determination that Tax Map 21, Parcel 6A
is comprised of three (3) lots of record and Tax Map 21, Parcel 6B is one lot of record due to the
fact that it contains 2.05 acres. The basis for this determination follows.
Albemarle County records indicate Tax Map 21, Parcel 6A contains 9.41acres within the
County limits, 5.89 acres in Greene County and one (1) dwelling. The property is zoned RA
Rural Areas.
The most recent deed for Tax Map 21, Parcel 6A, recorded prior to December 10, 1980, the
date of adoption of the Zoning Ordinance, is recorded in Deed Book 687, page 580 and is dated
June 1, 1965.
