of the building,parking re-striping,a steel exit stair to the rear of the building and a new ADA accesible
ramp and landing to the office area to the site plan as depicted on your submittal. This is your 2nd letter of
revision for this site. Please note that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to
the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. If you have any
