1.) Following are sheets 4 of 7, 5 of 7 and 6A of 7, which were
originally recorded in the set of plats for Block A, a portion
of Phase 1, Forest Lakes South at D.B. 1307, p. 43-58.
2.) On sheet 1 of 7 at D.B. 1307, p. 43, Right of Way and
Easement dedication note 5 states, "If after construction any
new easement becomes necessary or any existing easement
requires a new location or becomes unnecessary it is the
intent to reserve the right to record such a correction
provided the appropriate authority agrees." The purpose of
this plat is to revise and/or add drainage easements within
Forest J.akes South subdivision and to create any other
easements necessary to allow the acceptance of Ashwood
Boulevard into the State Road System.
3.) In conjunction with Note 2, all previously recorded drainage
easements associated with Ashwood Boulevard are hereby
vacated and are to be replaced by drainage easements shown
on Sheets 4, 5 and 6A.
4.) ��' -Denotes that portion of drainage easement hereby
dedicated to public use, unless otherwise indicated.
5.) The developer reserves the right to vacate and/or revise the
location of any drainage easement associated with Ashwood
Boulevard should it become necessary for further development
within Forest Lakes South and the proper authority agrees.
6.) The sight easements shown on sheets 4 of 7 and 5 of 7 are
being created by this plat and are hereby dedicated to public
use.
